Dispatch Process

The following outlines the handling milestones your transaction undergoes, from initial payment authorisation through to final delivery.

1. Order confirmed & payment verified.

Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.

All payments are verified immediately by Omise as our authorised payment gateway provider.

2. Order prepared & packed

Our fulfillment team picks, quality-inspects, and secures your purchase with protective materials.

Secure packaging and fulfillment sequences are finalised within 2 to 3 business days post-payment validation.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Number

Upon dispatch, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent prior to delivery, allowing full visibility of your shipment.

Deliveries are made during standard business hours. After two failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us, and re-shipping fees will apply.

Delivery Timeline: 3–5 business days

Remark: Deliveries are not processed on weekends and public holidays.
